Membership fee is per family/
per membership period... is due at time of application... and is
non-refundable. If you do not wish to use PayPal (a secure payment
method and you do not have to have a PayPal account to use it for one
time payment), you can use the Printable Forms tab to the left and mail
your payment (in form of check or money order) with the paper enrollment
or renenrollment form.
