0. Most items are single inventory items- meaning there is only one.  Therefore, sales are made as payment is recieved.

Payments are made using our shopping cart and are processed by PayPal.  Any alternate payment arrangements must be made with our staff.  Please contact us to make payment arrangements  if not using our shopping cart.  We must place a hold on the item so it is not sold.  Holds will be placed on items for limited periods of time only!
0. Please review the item description carefully.  Detailed information about components and condition have been included to help you make an informed decission.

Shipping:  We do not ship outside the continental US.  We do not ship to  AK, HI, APO or U.S. Territories.  Shipping  is normally by media mail unless otherwise specified.  If you choose to use another shipping method, you must contact us to make arrangements.  You will assume all additional shipping costs.

Return Policy: You may return any item within 15 days from shipping date for a full refund of the price of the item (shipping not refundable) if we receive the item back in the condition in which it was originally sold.  No items will be returnable after this period.  We cannot give refunds on items that receive back damaged.  Shrink-wrapped and sealed items- CDs, CD-ROMs, Videos, Computer Software, etc.- must not be used and must be returned sealed and in their original packaging to receive a refund.  Wrap and box item securely.  Do not use newspaper as your packing material- it leaves ink smears on materials that it comes in contact with.  We suggest that you insure any returns- if you ship by UPS or Fed Ex, it is insured automatically for up to $100.
