Welcome to PACESC

PACESC is an accountability association that enables South Carolina families to exercise their right to home school their children under S.C. Code Ann. §59-65-47, referred to as 3rd Option. We provide many services including (but not limited to) phone, internet, and social media support/availability, curriculum counseling, transcript services and diplomas.

To be eligible to enroll you MUST:

Be a South Carolina resident (even if living abroad as a missionary or contractor).
Be the Parent/Legal Guardian of the child you are registering to homeschool.
Have at least a High School Diploma or GED.

Looking for forms?

All of the forms you will need to enroll with PACESC, keep information updated, request additional services, and complete member year-end paperwork is available online and in print form from the Services & Forms page.
