PACESC Accountability Coverage through Membership
2024/2025 Member Period
Current Membership Fees
(Regardless of enrollment date, ALL memberships will expire on June 10, 2025.)
Registration will cover one family including Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) + their own children/legal wards.
We are in the process of restructuring our membership options to better serve our families with expanded features and support services. Details about the new tiered membership model will be shared soon.
In the meantime, we are still accepting enrollments under our current pricing structure:
- Membership Fee: $45
Covers the remainder of the 2024–2025 member period, which ends June 10, 2025. - High School Services Fee: $50 per high school student
Covers transcript creation, updates, and college-related documentation throughout the year.
These fees are valid through the end of the current membership period. If you have questions or need help with enrollment, feel free to reach out!

New Membership Application:
The application for parents/legal guardians who have NEVER been registered with PACESC to homeschool. Your membership begins on the enrollment date -- a date on or after 6/1/2024.
Current Member Renewing:
Current active members that wish to renew with PACESC continuing your current membership without gap. This option will continue your concurrent membership without interruption, but there is a $10 late fee for renewing after August 15, 2024.
Past Member Returning:
This is you if your family left PACESC to return the children to public or private school, enrolled in another accountability group, or moved out of state and are returning to SC to homeschool.
This renewal option DOES NOT continue a previous membership without interruption. It renews a membership formerly active with PACESC from the time you return, presuming that you are withdrawing from another legal option.

Credit Earning / High School Student Fees
Order your student's Finalized Transcript & Diploma using this same form.
This fee is one-time and non-refundable per credit earning students. The service is required for PACESC high school students. -Exemptions are available- It covers all the credit earning years throughout high school* (*including any credits earned in middle school). Official Reports, in progress transcripts- as needed- are included. If the student is enrolled in PACESC at the time high school is completed, they also receive a handsome, professionally produced Diploma and final Official High School Transcript which we keep on record and can send officially sealed to any institution upon your request. The transcript includes the student's GPA tabulated according to the SC Uniform Grading Scale Policy, 4.0 Scale GPA, Collegiate Testing Scores (if received), Extra Curricular Activities and Honors.
Paid once per high school student, not yearly. $50.00
Official Report:
I need a report card style report that will verify current membership status and document grades for a specific grading period.

High School Student Fee / Transcript Services
One-Time Fee per
High School Student
(Not due for students that will not seek a high school diploma.
This is not the membership fee which is paid each year covering your family.)
This fee is paid only once per individual student when they begin to earn high school credit.
You can claim exemption from the fee if your child is not seeking a PACESC transcript, obtaining their transcript from the parent or another program, are disabled and not seeking a diploma.

For students enrolled in the full transcript service due to payment of high school fees... this transcript order is included in the high school fee. The form will allow you to make requests concerning the finalization and/or delivery of the student's transcript.
Reordering Transcript sent-- student is beyond one year after graduating:
PACESC provided my transcript through the Full Transcript Service. I graduated over a year ago and I need a copy of my official transcript sent to me or a person/ school I designate.
